Josh and Noah's Birthday Interviews

I know I am a little late in doing Josh and Noah's birthday interviews, but better late than never, right??! I will start with Josh.  Josh's current stats are he is 5 feet 2 inches tall (96th percentile) and he is 85.1 pounds (43rd percentile). Josh is currently in the 5th grade and loves school.  In the beginning he was born a week early and weighed in at 9 pounds 8 ounces.  He was a very healthy baby.

 He was already off the growth chart when he was born and bypassed all newborn clothes and started out already fitting in to 3 month clothes.  He was a stinker who loved to be held every waking minute.  If you set him down for anything he immediately started crying.  He loved to be in the middle of all the action.  My arms got pretty strong holding him all the time and I got pretty good at doing a lot of things one handed since I had to hold him all the time.

Currently he loves to read.  His favorite series are the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series and the Fablehaven book series.

His favorite food is Pasta Roni Parmesan Noodles and hamburgers.  He also loves cheese pizza as well. 

 His favorite games are anything on the Wii, 5 Crowns and any board game.  His favorite Activities are playing with his Snap Circuits set and playing basketball with Daniel and Dad.

 He has always been a good helper and helps a lot around the house.  He even does the boys' laundry by himself (washes and dries) downstairs.

 His favorite school subjects are Science and Reading.  He wants to be an Elementary School teacher when he grows up.  His favorite drink is Mt. Dew Voltage.  His favorite candy is a Snickers candy bar.

 His favorite restaurant is Pizza Pie Cafe and that's where we went for his birthday lunch together.

 His currently in Boy Scouts and loves it.  He takes piano lessons and enjoys learning more about the piano.  He got his braces on this year and actually was and still is excited about it.  He just finished passing off all the Articles of Faith in his primary class and loves going to church.  He just finished a soccer season and loves to play.  He also likes to run and has participated in our cities 5k fun run for four years and counting now.  I am very thankful this cute, 11 year old Joshy boy is part of our family!!



Next is Noah.  Noah was born at 33 weeks gestation still weighing in at 4 pounds 15 ounces.  After spending the first month in the NICU he came home and continued to be on home oxygen for another two months before he could be weaned off.

 The longer he was in the hospital the more time he was awake during our visits.  It was fun to visit him while he was awake even if it only lasted about 20 minutes.

 When he came home he grew really fast.  He was a very good baby who loved watching the action going on around him which was all the time with four older siblings!  He loved smiling.

 Currently his favorite food is macaroni and cheese.  He loves playing cars and has a million matchbox cars, however, he always wants more cars, too.

 He is truly a momma's boy and I don't mind.  He is somewhat spoiled, but that's what happens with the last kid, right?!  His favorite book is a look and find cars book.  He has it memorized, but still loves reading it over and over again.

 He is currently a Sunbeam in church and I enjoy teaching him most days--he can be a little stinker for me, though.  He likes going to the store with me and other errands as long as it is with me.

 He likes to help around the house, but still requires quite a bit of supervision still ;).  His favorite candy is anything his brothers are eating.  His favorite thing to do is to get lubs with his pillow pet and to ride the Wiggle Cars outside.  He also likes playing the Wii, too.

He is a pretty happy go lucky, snugly boy except when you mess with his cars.  He has learned that in a big family you have to be loud to get noticed and he has perfected his very loud voice.  His current stats are he is 40 inches tall (44th percentile) and weighs 35.1 pounds (43rd percentile).  He will be starting preschool in the fall and will be excited to go to school like his older siblings.  I love my little Bubba Boy and am thankful he is part of our family.
